MultiplePileupStats

case class MultiplePileupStats(inputs: InputCollection, singleSampleStats: PerSample[PileupStats]) extends Product with Serializable

Collection of per-sample PileupStats instances plus pooled normal and tumor DNA PileupStats.

Used as a convenient way to pass several PileupStats instances around.
